Personal data collected by us
We collect personal data in various ways, e.g. via our websites and social media channels, at events organised by us, via telephone, in job applications and in connection with face-to-face meetings and in the course of interactions with customers and suppliers.

National insurance number, national identification number or other identification numbers issued by the authorities;

Information from references and information contained in your CV, as well as information you provide to us about your professional interests and other information about your professional qualifications.
As well as, if this is explicitly required by law, or with your consent:
Disability and health-related information;
Results of drug tests, criminal record checks and other background checks.
In addition, we may collect information that you provide to us about other people, e.g. emergency contact details. If an employment or service contract is concluded with you, we will collect, process and store personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu), in particular in accordance with Section 26 BDSG-neu, Article 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (fulfilment of contract) and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR and Article 9 GDPR, which you have provided to us as an employee or independent consultant or which arise during your employment or service relationship, insofar as this is necessary to fulfil our contractual and/or legal obligations.
